1. It is and has been HICom's policy not to divulge either the names or user-id's (including e-mail addresses and aliases) of its clients or of their activities to anyone without prior consent from the client.

2. Likewise, anyone using HICom systems may not devulge information about other users of the HICom systems in the unlikely event that he/she happens upon such information. The client is expected to report to HICom system administrators any circumstance where he/she encountered information about other clients of this service.
