HICom's POP-UP Eliminator

POP-Ups are eliminated by using HICom's proxy server.  

Summary, in your browser, 

1. Turn on "proxy" server.

2. Configure it to use the server at proxy.hicom.net 

3. Make sure the port is 3128

For internet explorer, click on Tools> Internet Options> Connections.  Select the connection you use to get to the internet using HICom, click Settings.  Turn on the proxy server, set the server name, make sure the port is 3128, click apply and OK.
